We purchased this truck from an insurance company. Truck was originally a white 579 with mini sleeper. Truck tipped over on the right side, damaging mainly cab and sleeper.
We had a parks truck that had a perfect cab. We swapped cabs and purchased a conversion kit to turn into day cab.
All parts minus some interior pieces, door and cab are all from the 52K mile truck.

Truck runs, drives, and operates like new.
Has cummins X15 450HP efficiency with 10 speed manual transmission.
Tires average 90%, 11R22.5 6 alloy , 4 steel single lockers. Very nice all around
